• Voice recordings — the wisdom entries you record within the App. These recordings are stored on your behalf and played back to you.
• Subscription information — payment details are processed by our payment provider (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are not stored directly by us.

• Usage data — how you interact with the App (features used, session length, tap events).
• Device information — device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Crash and performance data — error logs and performance metrics to improve stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver, operate, and maintain the App.
• Store your voice recordings and play them back to you on your chosen schedule.
• Process subscriptions and manage your account.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Improve the App's features, performance, and user experience.
• Send you important service updates and, with your consent, product announcements.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your voice recordings to train AI models or share them with third parties except as described in Section 3.

3. How We Share Your Information

• Service providers — trusted vendors who help us operate the App (cloud hosting, analytics, customer support). These partners are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.

• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your data would remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your voice recordings are encrypted at rest and are accessible only to you through your authenticated account.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and voice recordings for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual recordings or your entire account at any time within the App. Upon account deletion, your data is removed from our production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format).
